A Synergy of Arts in Singapore
Fundraising Exhibition in Support of Drama Box
Dynasties Antique & Art Gallery is commemorating Singapore’s 60th anniversary of independence (SG60) with a fundraising exhibition in support of Drama Box. Hosted at Pan Pacific Singapore, this thoughtfully curated showcase features 40 artworks by 18 talented artists, offering a visual journey through Singapore’s evolution. The exhibition captures the nation’s essence, from nostalgic scenes of kampungs and street hawkers to contemporary depictions of National Day fireworks and environmental themes. Art enthusiasts and history buffs alike can immerse themselves in this celebration of Singaporean heritage and progress from March 4 to June 2, 2025 This exhibition not only highlights Singapore’s artistic talent but also contributes to the vibrant tapestry of events marking SG60. It aligns with the nationwide efforts to reflect on Singapore’s history and identity through various cultural initiatives. By supporting Drama Box, a local theatre company, the exhibition further emphasizes the importance of nurturing Singapore’s diverse arts scene as the nation celebrates this significant milestone. Proceeds benefit Drama Box, a socially engaged theatre company for 35 years, and their community-driven projects, including initiatives for marginalized groups like Cassia Crescent residents and Project 12 on Pulau Ubin. As a registered charity and IPC, Drama Box enriches lives through impactful storytelling. Support culture, history, and the arts—join us in making a difference! |
