Fu Xi Lin born in 1955 in Beijing. He is currently the deputy chair chairperson of the Beijing Young Artist Association and a member of the Beijing Artist Association. 

Fu Xi Lin is a self-taught artist; his personal style has been well established and recognized by fellow artists. Most of his masterpieces have participated in exhibitions worldwide. Many paintings are collected by foreign embassies in China, Museums around the world like Canada, Switzerland, England, Japan etc., and by the United Nation Wildlife Foundation.

傅希林，1955年生于北京。1968年在吴作人先生的指导下学习油画。

1980年以来从事中西结合画法的探索，并形成自己风格。作品以风景画为主，追求意境，又以仙鹤为题材的风景画，受到国内外人士的喜爱。有来至日本、菲律宾、英国、加拿大等驻中国大使馆绘制巨幅风景画，国内外博物馆入加拿大、意大利均有作品订购收藏。现为北京美术学会会员，北京青年书画家协会副主席，美术出版社高级绘师，美术编辑。
