1966年毕业于南洋艺术学院西洋画研究班，多年来在世界各地都有展出，也教育了不少后进，可说桃季满天下。 

赖瑞龙是新加坡当代水墨画实力派画家。他师承海派，融合岭南，立足南洋，历四十多年的苦练，打下深厚的基础，拓出深厚，奔放，个性鲜明的水墨世界。他的画作墨色千变万化，气韵生动，水墨淋漓贯穿整个画家，给人一种清气照人，爽朗的韵味创作继承传统的梅兰竹石，花鸟草虫，但他追求自然，大胆用色，笔触多变，层面缤纷，融入南洋特色，倍添情趣，这就是赖瑞龙笔墨动人之处。 

Born in Singapore in 1946 Graduated from Nanyang Fine Art Academy in 1966, western painting research class, over the years his artworks have been exhibited in many other countries and educated many students all around the world. Lai Ruilong is a powerful contemporary ink painting artist in Singapore. He models after Shanghai style, fusion Lingnan, based in the Southeast Asia, over 40 years of hard training, lay a deep foundation, to develop a deep, open, distinctive personality of the ink world. His paintings are ever-changing, vivid, ink-and-ink throughout the painter, giving a clear and refreshing character to create inherited the traditional Meilan bamboo stone, flowers and birds grass worm, but he pursues nature, bold color, pen strokes changeable, colorful level, into the characteristics of the Southeast Asia, more interesting.
